Ipod integration not possible w/indash changer and XM?
The 3.2 I'm thinking about buying has XM radio option, and the Bose premium sound w/indash CD changer(standard). Is there any way to also at least connect my Ipod by miniplug?
I'm already resolved to having to make up a cigaret lighter extension cord so my Garmin Street Pilot plug won't be closed up. The speaker is attached to its plug.

The Bose headunit has an internal changer and can attach an external changer also...
So you can easily use any iPod adapter that uses the CD-changer connection that's prewired in the glove box.

No, there's a seperate connection for the satellite receiver.
That's why the headunit has both a SAT and a CD button.....
The A3 is the first Audi that's prewired to allow both the external CD changer (or iPod or Phatbox) *and* a satellite radio receiver.
