I saw on '06 A3 in a parking lot in Ocean Blue Pearl effect with those sexy matte aluminum roof rails and lusted after them... then realized that A3 was missing Open Sky, bi-xenon, and S-line so I didn't feel so bad (hehehehehe).
Some amenities I *really* like on mine: bi-xenon steering sensitive lights (amazing!), multi-function steering wheel, blue tooth w/phone, huge open sky (though I wish it would open 2" more), and useful (though hidden) cruise control stalk.
I'm going to miss that TT, but this is a nice substitute. :-D

Probably smoked side turn signals (smoked side markers when available). Then after getting into a few curves (which were serious fun), I'm seeing that subframe brace and rear anti-sway bar as next items.
That "card" tray is almost a perfect fit for an EZPass transmitter... it's just 5mm too shallow, though. It would be nice to keep it there and avoid the windshield white square blemish. So, I think I'm going to put the cup holder there and then use that for an iPod display (once I put the iPod connector in).
Btw, the Blue Tooth technology works beautifully--what an amazing convenience. Sound quality is excellent. And the multi-function steering wheel is really useful. What a step up from the TT!

The quattro sticks to the road a bit more. And there's a little less lean in the corners on the TT. I think the subframe brace and rear anti-sway will help on the A3. I am enjoying DSG, although I have to find my "activation" zones... it's easy to be in traffic, slip into "D" and then forget about it for the rest of the ride.
