I ordered a short shifter back in October. no reply, no part. I called, they said they needed more information.. OK. then for two months every week or so I call and ask whats going on,, I'm told they'll send an e-mail or they will call,, they NEVER do. then in Jan i notice they billed my credit card.. but still no part. I call, takes two days to get a tracking number because they said they shipped the part. The tracking number showed the part being delivered somewhere else.. obviously not my package. Now they don't answer the phone..

Seriously do not use these people. HORIBLe service.. and I'm thinking they're probably a scam company.

you can call your credit card company to credit back the amount JS debted. and buy it somewhere else

Yeah, I'd contest that one in writing ASAP with the credit card company.
