Default Just help installed the torque arm insert on DJ Rubish Car... some hints and tricks...

1) Get the car on rino ramps.
2) Spray the torque arm down with liquid wrench or pb nut blaster
3) Use a flex pipe with 21mm socket and pipe and loosen the torque arm
4) Use an air gun to complete spin out the torque arm bolt
5) Spray down torque arm area with wd-40
6) Soak down the torque arm insert with wd-40
7) Start to insert the torque arm and push with hands and fingers as much as possible.
8) Use a floor jack to push the rest of the torque arm insert into the torque arm area.
9) Insert the bolts with the washer and use the a torque wrench to properly tighten down the bolt (74 ft/lbs)
10) Go for a test drive

Please, please use a torque wrench to tighten the bolt, not an air gun.

And it's a 'stretch' bolt - don't reuse the original, and angle-torque the new one.

Default I wonder if the recommended silicone spray would be better?

I know WD doesn't play nice with some types of rubber. It destroys motorcylce chain o-rings.
