Might be in by Friday or Tuesday the lastest.
Just wondering what tires I should get? I'm on the west coast, so lots of rain. I'd like to have the quietest possible tire, while maintaining max. performance in dry and wet condidtions.
Don't really want to pay more $200CDN per tire.

Anyone have experience with Toyo Proxes 4?
I don't need super high performance, just something good 3/4 of the year. Most reviews have said these are really quite tires.

Out of curiousity are your R8 rims reps or direct from Audi? I thought they would only be available in a 19" configuration. Either way I'd love to recommend the Goodyear F-1's which should be around $200- to $220- per piece. The V tred is incredible in H20 situations literally shooting the water out of the way as you "rip n' run" like a champion. I also noticed greatly reduced wheel hop on take off due to that grippy Goodyear formula. My tires and my KW suspension are my 2 favorite mods so far......zero regrets.

These are the Hartmann reps. You can order the real deal R8 wheels, but they are 19" x 8.5" fronts, I think the rear are 10" wide or something crazy like that. They're also $5000+ at oempl.us - yeah, i don't think so.... =/
Hartmann does offer them in 19" but only in +35 offset.
19" would be nice, but I didn't want to go with such a low profile tire, considering I drive in areas with pretty crappy roads.

They came in early. Getting tires tomorrow. Still don't know what to go with. The few suggestions are a bit out of my price range.
Came with bolts and Audi center caps.

With an 18" wheel, are 225/40 the correct size?
I think I've narrowed it down to Falken FK-452. Great reviews all around. Bimmer guys seem to love it.
