LHD car in UK Audi Dealer?

Re: LHD car in UK Audi Dealer?
It is possible because under EU law they must. But why would you want to buy a LHD car at UK prices? Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy on the Continent instead?

Maybe for a RHD version, but the LHD version is still cheaper than a RHD one here. A fully specced A3 2.0TDI is £21,000 in Germany. Here, I guess it will be about £23,000 (jugding by the current model).
Talk to some UK dealers about a LHD version, and then talk to a few european dealers. Try a few Belgian/Dutch dealers. They are friendly and ready to provide quotes (especially near the coast). Also try the www.shipside.com website, which can give info on LHD and RHD cars. Shop around and see what you're offered. That's the only way to judge whether your better off here or there.
