Default Light Silver or Ocean Blue?

I'm getting close to finally pulling the trigger on a new A3 and I have the colors narrowed down to Light Silver and Ocean Blue (no disrespect to any of the other colors). I think the silver is very sharp, but silver is a common color for a lot of cars the road these days. The Ocean Blue is pretty sweet as well, but I worry that it might make the car look a little dated 5 years down the road. Anyone have any thoughts on either color? Thanks for your input!

Default Any of the classic shades of red, white, navy, or black should always retain good value.

The darker colours are usually associated with sportier cars, so if you're ordering the sport package and maybe tech package, then use that to guide you. Black interior of course.

If you are planning a lighter interior and more luxury oriented packages, then white or a metallic is the way to go.

Look to furniture and the latest home trends for some idea of what colours will be popular for a longer time.

Default I have a silver A3 in my driveway. It's looking a lot cleaner than the lava car.

Love the look but it's a bit boring. Needs open sky and possibly tint. Helps a lot. Ocean is a nice color. Can't go wrong with white, red, ocean, or silver with open sky. I am not into black. And I'm not really happy with lava due to the lack of contrast with open sky. and it's not very sporty.

good luck bro!

Silver's easier to keep clean, but I would have chosen Ocean Blue over silver

I wouldn't know. Mine are all pink, and that's not an option on the North American A3;-)
