So I have searched all over and I've determined the following.

The Audi ipod adapter disables the Sirius, no good.

The dension stuff is supposed to allow both? But it's not clear which part to get and it seems there is not a US distributor anymore.

If I could just get a AUX input to plug in a headphone jack I'd be happy with that. Suggestions?

Buy it from Enfig...Great guys. I just did my A4 with factory SAT. Got a nice proclip at the same time.

Looking at the Proclips on Enfig and they seem WAY cheaper than directly from Proclip. But on closer inspection it looks like it's only the holder part not the bottom clip part for mounting to your car. I configured a proclip for the A3 grab bar on the center console and it was $70!
