No. They're not wired completely. From the connector on the back of the housing, pin 10, there is a blue wire running to the bulb inside the housing. However, the wire that *should* be in the harness for pin 10 has been diverted to the amber bumper sidemarkers/parking lights. I may use a relay to wire up the city lights, or I may just ignore it. It's not a good idea to just splice into the sidemarker circuit as the additional load will freak out the computer.
