Lovely size - back to the B5 A4, not the large car the A4 became.

Agree. I was in the market for an A3. Test drove one and the S-Tronic transmission left me COLD.

No A3 for me. Too bad.

No individual throttle for the front & rear axle, no buy.

What do you mean by "no individual throttle"? Does any all-wheel drive vehicle have this feature?

It would appear that no A3 Sportback 184 TDI Quattro in the cards from the release info?

My question, who the hell buys an Audi without Quattro??

Audi sells more FWDs in Europe than quattros.

Don't want the computer to second guess me, and I can have more control over the AWD. If I have an extra foot, I should be able to use it. If I want to lock it at 50/50, I would just jam the 2 pedals together with a crowbar.

If I had 4 feet, I would have 4 throttles, so I can control my own torque vectoring.

What car, past or present, has this feature?
