Default Non-OEM Wiper Blades for the A3?

Does anyone use non-OEM wiper blades on their A3? Which brand do you use?

I wanted to experiment with another product and went looking for Bosch Icon wipers. I had no success in finding them in an application that would fit the A3. I am now wondering what options there are for wipers other than the OEM type from the dealer.

OEM is pretty much your only option.

I recall someone mentioning the Rain-X Latitude wiper blades as an option. On other vehicles, I have used PIAA silicone wipers from Tire rack, and found them excellent, but they're not available for the A3... yet.

I agree, OEM is probably the best option. Just keep them clean and they work very well.

Default Valeo

I might try either Valeo...it has more pressure points than other wiper blades<ul><li><a href="http://www.valeowipersusa.com/index.asp?pgid=19">Click Here</a></li></ul>

Default Exactly. I got two winters from mine. Very quick change. Aftermarket isn't always the answer.

My rear blade needs replaced, but that's a traditional style. Shouldn't have any trouble with replacing that one from AutoZone et.al. - experience with the rear blade, NE1?

Default Actually...I think you might have trouble IIRC.

Or maybe I had trouble w/ my fronts that I just went w/ OEM for the rear as well.

Default Rain-X wiper (13") about $10

BTW: Got the vinyl installed. Detailed the car too. Fantastic! I'll take a few pics tomorrow.
