Default I've also had excellent service from my local Audi dealer even when I brought in my first Audi that
I had purchased from another dealer. They treated me so well that I have since purchased 3 Audis from them, but it only takes a few bad dealers to tarnish the brands reputation. I just don't understand how some dealers can give poor customer service and expect to have a successful business.

I know there are a few in Cambridge (seen them parked), but I almost never see another A3 on the road.

Well, just west technically. But, yes, I see 4-5 a day now up in this area and in my ~15 mile commute.
