ORDERED MINE: Garnet Red DSG Sport
<center><img src="http://idisk.mac.com/jeremyperry/Public/garnetfront.jpg"></center><p>It's done - I ordered my A3 today. I Have not seen anything but a paint chip in the brochure for this color, but knowing it is pearl and darker than brilliant red is enough for me. The painful wait begins....

About $700 over invoice, including a $349 'dealer svc fee?' I think its a fair deal.
The pic above from the German site configurator show pretty much what I'm getting, except they don't show the open sky.

Re: How long is the wait, and...are those rails almost flush w/roof as it looks in that pic?
The rails are low profile, but can be used with the Audi accessories available for the larger removable roof rack. My wait time so far is quoted at the standard 60-90 days. I'm guessing the August production shutdown for German vacation might end up adding 30 more days to my wait...
