Default Isn't it more likely other manufactures will just license technology from Borg/Warner...

as VW/Audi's exclusive license agreement for DSG expires.

Both Volvo and Mercedes use Haldex components in some of their AWD vehicles. Why re-invent the wheel?

Default Maybe. Even though the rags say, "this manufacturer is working on their version of DSG..."

blah, blah, blah...but in reality, they could simply be sourcing it from Borg/Warner.
