pcv valve + a question

after installing my AEM CAI i love it, like i stated in an earlier topic, but I think after looking on fortitude and talking to my local guys that possibly my pcv valve is not working, which is causing my high pitched whistle noise.
so i'm wondering, does it need a more "beefy" aftermarket pcv valve or can I just have the dealer replace it when I go in to get my car's 16k service?
If i need a more "beefy" one, can anyone suggest a place where I could find one. Seems like a fairly simple install and something that will produce the results i'd like.

no whistle issues. you install a cai. you hear a whistle. you think the gains from an intake are causing your pcv or dv to whistle?
my intake whistles. I wish I could program select mp3!
