I say yes but there are some rare exceptions.

If it is chosen wisely it can work. Nothing selfish sounding like your name, nickname, or worse 4mywif (I really hate that one, way possesive).

EH 3 was already taken, so this is a close as I can get. Canadians say "eh" a lot........ Need to scuff the plate on the A3 to make a bit less easy to read
