Look for VW | Golf MK5 | 5 - Lower Engine Mount Front PFR85-505
Parts laid out. Need to separate black arm from mount. Twist and turn to pull off.

Separated. Need to break off green plastic holding metal cylinder. I started off w/ a small hole drill bit to remove center rubber. Then used a hacksaw and made two cuts about 1/2-inch apart. Used a chisel and hammer and carefully broke the plastic. The whole thing will fall out.

Install bushing. Put both polyurethane parts in first. Then use silicone spray in the center and hammer in metal part w/ rubber mallet.

Reinstall mount. Should use new bolts. Can be found on <a href="www.worldimpex.com">World Impex</a>. Bolt info: N 104 548 01 and N 102 048 04
