Price for A3 in the US...

Does anybody have an idea what a base A3 will cost in the US, and just how certain is it that we will see it here, and when?

Prices? For the US?! The A3 is two months from lauch here in the UK and we have no idea about prices! Audi haven't even decided whether to offer the car in the US!

called my dealer (purchased A4), was told the A3 WILL be in the US by late 2004
