These two chips seem to have hefty torque output, how does a FWD 2.0T A3 handle this? Some might be turned on by breaking loose the front tires on acceleration but I would consider that serious detriment. Would it be a good idea to beef up the suspension and/or wheels/tires with a chip upgrade? I really wish there was a 2.0T Quattro A3!

my experience has been that the wheels tend to come off of the ground in 1st, 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear w/o ESP on. once you get used to the torque increase you can adjust your driving style to accommodate this and virtually eliminate the issue w/o giving up the feel and performance of the increased power and torque.

it is difficult to keep the tires from churping, especially with stock pirellis. i do miss quattro; had it on my b5 a4. but, as danny said you learn to handle the torque. tire upgrade is probably the best solution.
