Default It's hard to see except in the dark...it's in the right "bump" on the top of the dash....
Dunno why yours would be different...

Where is that tilt sensor kill switch? I don't think I have one on the 3.2

Look from the front outside into the windshield on the dash! Can't miss it.

It's the dimmest alarm LED I've ever seen. Look hard and you'll eventually see it.

Default On the jamb side of the door trim--beside the latch mechanism.
Or--read your Owner's Manual....

Default Agreed, so how do I do it ...
I did the reset myself (yes I RTFM [grin]) and the only choice displayed was 5k miles/365 days.

I have triple-checked in pitch blackness and no LED to show alarm is armed, so my dealer claims many A3s lack that feature.
