Nope. Totally dry after about 10 minutes. You wipe it down. No residue feeling.

Does it list the ingredients? Are any of them silicone based?

1-methoxy-2-propanol, isopropyl alcohol (not great, but no ill effects after using it for some years on other cars), solvent naphtha, 2-ethylhexy 2-cyno-3, and 3-diphenylacylate.
