registering an a3

im thinking of getting an older (99-00) s3, either in mexico or canada, how would i go about registering the car?

canada ? doesn't sell...

however you can bring from Mexico, if you have a lot of money prepared for this, it is very costly, probably it will cost more then the value of the car..
