Remote windows AGAIN, dealer doesn't know HOW to enable it, HELP!

It's not like you just have to transmit any signal on some specific frequency. It's an encrypted key unique to each vehicle.
It certainly shouldn't happen across different brands.
And even if it *was* possible, the only way your windows would go down would be if someone who had exactly the same keycode at the same time was holding down their unlock button for several seconds within a few feet of your car.
I'm nearly certain that has nothing to do with why this is disabled by default in the US.
