Ride quality on 18's w/sport-sline suspension?

Ride quality on 18's w/sport-sline suspension?
Just wondering. My A3 will come with the 17's and factory summer tires (wasn't aware of a wheel upgrade package on the 2.0T...?). Am considering getting 18's but was wondering if anyone found the ride harsh. You read different stuff. Anyone have that set-up?

I had my car that way for about two months before i lowered. Not much of a differance.
It improved the corning though.
