Does anyone know the logistics of going to Canada or Mexico and buying a used RS3 or S3? Then bringing it back to the US

Hey guys, I was just at the Audi dealer last week and I was talking with a salesmen about the upcoming S3/RS3 sedan. His manager told him that the S3 will be coming here at the end of 2013 beginning of 2014 and will only be is DSG transmission form. And that the next gen RS3 again probably won't make it to our shores. I started saving my money 6 months ago for the upcoming RS3, so then I was going to use that money for a S3, but with no manual trans I guess I'll just keep my money. I'm really getting tied of Audi not offering a manual trans with their RS and now S cars.
