Arrived Thursday. Here's a photo of my new silver A3 with roof rails. It was getting too dark to take more photos today, so no more photos unless someone requests them.
Metallic Silver A3 DSG
Premium Package
Sound Package
Gray Interior
Bluetooth
Roof Rails
Rear Side Airbags
Sirius
I also installed the IceLink in the glove box -- I used the I20-VW interface. I had to dremel off some of the CD changer connector to make it fit better -- I made the connection that came with the IceLink look like the plug that the CD changer was connected into in the back of the changer insert (once you pull out the empty CD changer insert, you'll know what I'm talking about). Things work really well, both the IceLink, Sirius and bluetooth together.

Roof rails are a $500 option. And before you ask... the dealer has to enter in the comments, "SPO - Aluminum Roof Rails" for the option, as it doesn't appear as a regular option. Search the forum for more details.

does audi offer any kind of attachment for them? They look so low that adding a bike rack or ski rack wouldn't work...or would it? I need somewhere to mount a rack.

Or are they like the ones on the A6 Avant, and they are so low to the roof that the wrap-around mount won't clear?
They do look great.
