Default sports suspension or magnetic ride? and what does available CW36/08 mean?

well it looks like sports suspension is not part of s-line package for 2009, and i don't particularily like the "all-road" wheel gap of stock suspension. i want to keep everything oem so i only have two options if I want to reduce wheel gap: sports package, or magnetic ride.

i'm leaning on magnetic ride, as i don't really need the sport seats or the larger 18" wheels of the sports package. if you were a betting man, which option would offer lower ride height?

also the order guide indicates s-line is available CW 36/08. does this refer to the 36 week of 2008? i.e. september?

Magnetic ride does not lower the car at all. It does firm up the suspension noticeably at the push of a button. It's not going to help you with wheel gap though.

Default oh no...

That's just plain lousy. Audi ought to offer the magnetic ride in both configurations--premium or sport. After all, it's just the special dampening mechanism in the shock absorber that utilizes magnetic particles in suspension. Maybe the production effort to allow that flexibility is too expensive for Audi to provide?
