I've had the same issue and squeak also like a rattle or thumping sound from rear. Turned out to be a broken shock mount. The rubber was split. Two years later same side same side. I of course bought an aftermarket mount to save money so you get what you pay for. Also don't buy cheap control arms. Those will only last a few years too. Honestly I would never buy another Audi
You need a mechanic to program the frikin cigarette lighter. Way too expensive to repair and overengineered IMHO
