Thinking to buy an Audi A3

Hi guys, I am thinking to buy an Audi A3 S line 2014 (From a private seller), the price suits my budget. Here is the specification:
Name: Audi A3 S Line 2014
Gearbox: Manual
Engine: 2.0L Diesel
Miles: 73,000 Miles
Price: It is a swap with my Hyundai i40
The car has had on 69000 miles a timing chain and water pump replacement. My primary worries are that the car has had 6 former owners and I will be the 7th. Also, it has been a CAT N twice. The car's interior is immaculate (based on the pictures I have seen). Of course, I will check and test drive the car, and most likely bring a mechanic with me for his opinion. Can anyone provide me with insight into the reliability of these cars? Is this worth it? The car is not worth that much because of its history.
I am planning to become a driving instructor soon and this car will be used just for that. So the mileage is expected to go very high, probably to 200k miles. What's your advice people?
