Thoughts on the Carbonio Air intake Vs. P-flow & V flo intakes??
I am looking at the Air intakes at the moment And i like the idea of the carbonio because it utilizes most of the OEM parts and I do not like the idea of having to run the motor with the Engine cover off. I think that would look bad. Are there any performance dyno's for the above mention products
Im trying to narrow it down to just one intake
Any and all Feedback welcome

So many threads on this on Fourtitude. P-Flow and V-Flow intakes both have replacement engine covers
in development from Neuspeed and EvoMS, respectively.
People with the Carbonio have mentioned improved throttle response... but so have V- and P-Flow users.
EvoMS dynos show a few hp gain using theirs... I haven't looked at P-Flow numbers, but I'm sure they are close.
- V-Flow has a heat shield, P-Flow doesn't.
- Carbonio replaces the filter and has a ram air setup.
- all gains have been noted to be found in upper RPM range
- V-Flow and P-Flow are noisier than stock - turbo spool is more noticeable than stock
Personally, I went for the V-Flow. I like the heat shield aspect already developed (I believe some P-Flow users have made/are making their own). I also like the Venturi effect of the V-FLow, but word is that the P-Flow also has this.
I guess there's no right answer. And I agree, no engine cover isn't the nicest... but it's only a matter of time (maybe months) before a replacement cover is developed.
