Default Took the 3 in for a 10K oil change today...(updated: live pic)

dealer charged me $85<damn>! I was there for almost an hour but this included a free carwash. The service manager gave me a tiny punch card that said if I get 3 more oil changes at the dealership the 5th one is free with a free carwash thrown in.

While I was there, I happened upon a 2006 Audi TT Roadster Special edition 3.2 Quattro-Auto. It is #1 of 99 that will be built. It has a small engraved tag with '1 of 99' mounted in the dash. What makes it special is the leather seats and trim. They're the color of a red baseball glove with the stitching like on a baseball glove...you have to see it to get the full effect. The interior color look similar to this one but a little darker and richer: BTW, Audi calls it amber red interior.

Default I wanted a special edition TT but they are not coming to Canada

so I had to buy the A3 instead. Much better choice for me, in the end. btw, that 1 of 99 appears on each of the 99 coupes and 99 roadsters. They are not sequentially numbered. The coupes also have the roof blacked out, like the TT RS in Europe.

Default me too for 10k today; "only" $64, but ...

... they washed and vacuumed. However, they claimed not to find anything wrong re: hard starting, and therefore declined to flash the ECM even though I had gotten a CEL, which they also say was not stored as an error code.

Why were you charged for the service? I thought all service was coverd up to ~50K?
