I used to own a 225Q roadster, I prefer the handling on the A3.
The 8P A3 uses the A5 platform which addressed the "Achilles' heel" of the A4 platform, the rear suspension. The 8N TT uses the A4 platform.

I have a 2007 A3 that is a great car that we use every day. The 2002 225 TT is a highly modified toy. I like the practicality of the A3 as well as the fact that the 2.0T makes it really peppy right out of the box. I'll probably keep the A3 stock, though. I've already tuned and tweaked the TT so much, I'll just keep playing with it.

Can you live without Quattro? will you mod? this car has too much power stock without a limited slip, let alone if you chip it. I would keep the TT.
