I am thinking a twin-turbo V6 my brother says a V6 FSI, but the twin-turbo would make more power.please post some ideas because i am trying to figure out what it would be, and I also think that they wouldnt want it being faster than the S4.

The twin turbo would be used on , if it ever came, which it wont, RS3. The S3 should come but it is a ways off. Nothing even talked about on it really. So it will be a while...a few years easy.
That said it will be 280-300 HP. As far as faster then the S4, it will be smaller, and less weight but the S4 will have a good bit more power. Would be close but I would imagine the S4 still takes it.

Porsche made the twin-turbo for one reason its more balanced . The only reason the 1.8t and things like that are single turbo is because its not V or a W its inline they can only put one turbo.Besides, I think they will make it a V6 FSI that would give about 300 horses.

Audi are phasing out the S model on the A6 and do not plan to have an S8, according to Audi. However, RS models of both the A8 and A6 will be available (we know there is going to be an RS6 replacement at least). The current 3.2 A3 is faster than the old S3. Leaving little room for the S3 in the market.
As far as engine options, I am guessing non-turbo. The B5 S4 cost Audi a lot of money in blown turbos on the bi-turbo V6. I had a long chat to a mate who works for Audi N/A. He said that Audi was going to make efforts to do away with turbos all together, starting with the S and RS cars.
Now, we have seen them phase out the 2.7T as well as the 1.8T engines. The A8 went with the W12 instead of the bi-turbo RS6 engine, both of which produce similar numbers of 450HP and different Torque ratings. With regard to the A3, in the previous model itteration we saw the 1.8T as the mainstay of the model line-up with between 110 and 225 hp offerings. Audi replaced all of these with FSI engines that are non-aspirated (1.6FSI, 2.0FSI, 3.2). The only engine that does not follow this pattern is the 200HP 2.0T FSI. I can only imagine this engine is going to remain as the replacement for the sporty 4 cylinder model. The 3.2FSI found in the A4 and A6 only produces 255hp (+5 on the current 3.2).
So, in the end, I think that the S3 will not exist and that an RS3 will emerge. The HP output would have to be 300-320hp to make a significant difference so you are looking at either a new engine (W8 maybe?) or a tuned 3.2FSI (this would put the engine a stone's throw from the 4.2 in the current S4 though).
Please note, This is all speculation as far as the future of the S3/RS3.

Here in the states we hear the S6 and S8 comming, and there is no way we will ever see an RS3. But the point about the Turbos is a good one...with development in the FSI technology, its quite easy to see why Audi is moving in that direction.
