What's the best way to start programming my A3?
I looked around a bit and it seems like there's lots of different kits and offers. Anyone have a recommendation of a good kit to buy and a good manual\FAQ to read? I'd love to start tinkering with the software.

What kind of things are you referring too?
IF you mean like the windows and alarm stuff. then you need VAG-COM.. avaiable from www.ross-tech.com
If you mean engine performance then you are limited to purchasing off the shelf chips retuned for your car. Some have more adjustability then others. I'd wait a little while and see what the major companies can do before you jump the gun and get something now.. Most of the companies out right now tend to be down on power and down on options.. although a little cheaper for the lack of the above..
