Default There are currently NO plans for 2.0T quattro for US.

3.2 quattro by end of year.

Default So am I right in thinking only 2.0 T available in US ?

here the choice would be DSG or Quattro - at the same price.
Not the same price as US though, £23k for the Sport, £24k for the S-line so figure on exchange rate of $1.75 to the pound makes a Sport $40k !!

A3 UK pricing

Default Yup, we get a limited range for now. Small cars aren't

popular in the premium car segment here - as witnessed by the passing of the Mercedes C230 Sport Coupe and the BMW 318.

The people I spoke with at AoA initially had planned to offer 2.0T and QTR fairly early in the cycle here, but backed off, hampered by having to redesign the fuel tank on the 2.0T QTR to meet our regs (apparently the coming V6 is different yet again, and shares details with VW that will make is possible) and not wanting to invest too much in too wide a model matrix, knowing pricing would already be an issue. If sales warrant, we'll get the 2.0T QTR.

Default Which sales are you referring to? You mean if

enough of the FronTrak A3s sell Audi will consider the quattro 2.0T model?

2.0T and 3.2 sales combined. Overall volume.

I'd have thought offering QTR would help sales.
