When is the new S3 due?
Hi,
Does anyone know when the new S3 is due to come out? Also, do you have any details? I'm guessing that no one knows as I haven't seen anything here, but I thought I'd ask.

Well the rumour mills are in full flow, and apparantly it's been confirmed by Audi.
There are numerous stories by the mags out there all stating the same, and through one of the guys with 'insiders' at Audi was the first to confirm it's true on the Tyresmoke forum.

With only 40bhp more than the 3.2, I hope they do something damn good with the looks and handling of the car.
It's going to be a double edged sword for Audi. Unless there is a hefty price difference between the S3 and the 3.2, residuals for the 3.2 will suffer. However, if too much and the S3 isn't much better than the 3.2, it will not sell.
But considering the price of the M3, Audi have a lot to play with.
