When is restylling of the A3 due?
How old is the current (2001) design of the Audi A3? Does someone know what model year will bring a new form factor, a complete new restylling?

As I understand it, Audi have a policy of facelifting their cars in the middle of their production lifespan. That's what the 2001 MY facelift is. The model lifespan is either 4 or 6 years, though someone may be able to correct me on that.
So, I reckon the A3 / S3 has another 2 or 3 years left prior to a major model redesign.
