I've got a slight problem with the front wipers. Most of the time they are ok, but every now and again the wipers won't start. The only solution is to manually move the wipers a bit, whilst power is on, and then they move ok. Don't know if this is a motor or relay problem. Any ideas?
Where is the relay for the wipers anyway?

Have the same problem.
But now the wipers just moves 1 inch and need manual force to do a cycle. I am getting shocked everytime i touch the wipers, so maybe there is an electrical failure of some kind..
Another possibility is that the bolts the wipers are sitting on are out of place.. There seems to be a minor left/right movement when starting the wipers. (just a millimeter or so)

Any news on your wipers??
I noticed that the wipers are easier to move across the windscreen while the engine is running than on batteries only.
So I checked my battery yesterday.. It was quite dry. But filling water and driving for a few hours did not help at all.
My next guess is that there is a mechanical failure. Or maybe the wiper motor is loose?? I have no idea at all.
How are your wipers doing? Any news?

Not got it sorted yet! The dealer is replacing the wiper motor next weekend (been away for a few weeks!). They have told me it's probably faulty internal wiring!

Hmmm.
Getting it fixed monday.. If its internal wiring I might get it covered by insurance..
Hopefully!!!
Have the same problem with the windowmotors.. But that might be as a result of burning the motors on low voltage, high amps.. My battery was very dry for a while.

Just spoke to my mechanic; he stated that the internal wiper arms are out of position and needed to be adjusted.. Would kost me about 50 USD.
Have had some problems with my window motors as well. They needed replacement.. costs about 300 USD a piece.
