Well, you heard what I had to say.

It's pretty hard to buy a car using other people's need. Why don't you assess your needs and find a car to match.

Do a search here...a lot of discussion on pros and cons

and please..Don't let us do the buying decision.

Default Drive them both and consider your weather. The VR6 needs 10K miles to wake up

and make full power btw.

Totally agree. The vr6 has a long break in period. Mine feels so much looser and free revving now.

Default The only factor for me was not 2.0 or 3.2, it was quattro. A 2.0 quattro would of been fine.

I love my 3.2 low end torque and smoothness but I wish it had the 2.0 gas mileage and tuneablity.

Default Oh Yeah if you got the extra loot get the S-line in either motor. It just looks better all around.

Default 90% of the people will say the 2.0T is the better buy. 10% of the...

people will say the 3.2 is the better buy.

90% of the posters on this forum own a 2.0T. 10% of the posters on this forum own a 3.2.

You get the idea..it's something like that

If you do a search you can find paragraphs upon paragraphs extolling the virtues of either car.

There are pages upon pages of in depth ponderings such as "If price were no object, which one would you buy" and of course, my personal favorite, "If both cars cost exactly the same which one would you buy".

Interestingly, the 90/10 split occurs regardless of the context of the question. This 90/10 number appears to be some natural occuring phenomenon and even exists in OT questions such as who's going to win the super bowl.
