Default Say what?

>>Plus, I personally HATE the stupid 'turning' feature on the A3's xenons. Dumb.<<

Yea. Headlights that actually illuminate in the direction you're traveling. How stupid is that!

Default Personally, I don't feel that they respond quick enough . . . kinda annoying when you're looking

at where you're turning next and it isn't illuminated.

He is right about xenons losing their intensity over time. I suspect it'll be an even bigger issue on the A3 with the auto headlights and the coming home feature that turn on and off the xenons numerous times.

Default Article brought up an interesting point...

I thought that Xenons required a headlight cleaning system be installed and the article says this as well. Is this no longer the case or was it never the case in the US?

Default Only if you've had them before.

Once you've gotten used to Xenons, you'll hate driving a car with "regular" headlights at night.

If you've never had them, you won't know what you're missing and it won't bother you..:-)

Seems like Audi used to "bundle" washers with the Xenon option up 'til recently.
