2016 A3 fog grill replacement

Hey all. Had anyone swapped out their standard fog grill on their cars. I have a 2016 A3 premium plus without fog lights. They look so boring to me Can anything else but swapped out without changing the bumper ?

Not sure fog lights are an option here in the US on the A3/S3, so is there even an OE grill with Foglight holes?
