You may want to compare the trunk: It's significantly smaller in the Quattro.

I quite happy with my FWD A3, and while the Quattro definitely is more "grippy", it doesn't matter much for me on the daily commute. It's fun, but I couldn't justify the extra cost and slightly lower millage.

no question, quattro....Way better traction in the wet and icy conditions, not just snow. Also much easier to put the power down in the dry.

It's been a while - we went VW for a while (TDi buy back refuge!) but back in the fold I guess
