So I've noticed that the A3 Sportback e-tron has been on the audiusa website for a while now, however there isn't any pricing information or a "build your own" option yet. Does anyone know when the car will make its way stateside? And if so will there be the regular A3 Sportback and (fingers crossed) S3/RS3 Sportback as well? Thanks.

Issue 108 of Audi Magazine (March 2015 - Audi library) has an article on the Sportback, and it says it’s coming back in upcoming model years [soon] as an Audi A3 TDI Clean Diesel, and in 2016, and an Audi A3 e-tron plug-in hybrid. Not sure what “soon” means. Audi Canada had the A3 Sportback TDI configurator on-line last week, but it seems like it's gone now. (Maybe it was put there just a little early and "soon" really means "soon".) Sadly I've never heard anything about a regular (non-TDI) A3 (or S3 or RS3) Sportback coming to the US.
