Hi, I have recently purchased a 2020 8y a3 with apple car play. It doesn't have apple wireless carplay. I have looked at the software version and its currently 3620. My question is does anyone know if this is the latest version of the software and if it could be upgraded would this give me the ability to use wireless apple carplay? Also looking at obdeleven it has the ability to switch this feature on but not sure if I purchase this it will work my the 2020 model.

I don't believe there is a factory software upgrade for wireless Carplay or Android Auto. That feature was added to the 8Y models.
