I have a 2015 Audi A3 1.8t. After driving my car for 10 minutes it makes a rubbing like noise. The noise only appears when letting off the brake pedal and before hitting the gas pedal. I have taken it to audi and they say they can't reproduce the sound but I have let them listen to a video. I am very mechanical but can't figure this one out. Hoping someone either had this problem or knows what it is. Brakes are just about new. And is not a brake noise. I have attached below the sound it makes. thankyou

it may be related to the Haldex oil, it may need some oil… try removing the fuse for the AWD (F44, for Audi 8V) and try testing it out if the sound goes away it’s likely that the haldex needs servicing.
