Just curious if this is normal. Every time I turn the car off, I can hear electronic beeping sounds coming from under the hood. It's very faint, but I can hear it when it's in the garage.

its your turbo timer. even though you've shut down your engine, it is still circulating coolant to cool off the turbo and oil. if oil is not cooled off, it can clog your turbo oil feed lines. if that happens, your turbo will fail as it will not get sufficient oil to keep it cool.
if you have a turbo powered car w/out a turbo timer, its good to let it idle for a few minutes before shut down to circulate the oil and cool off the turbo.

the old turbo timers that i knew kept the entire engine running for a couple minutes after shutdown.
