Hello to all,
I have a My16 A3 Limousine 1.8 Quattro S-line.
I have the MMI plus Audio system in the car, I can easily pair my iPhones 4S, 5, 5S, 6S, 7 and 8.
I can pair multiply phones and can see them in the view.
If I go from the first phone paired to the system to any of the other phones, the phones pair without an issue. .
You can select the number on the system, the system mutes the audio as per normal. BUT the sound does not come through the system.
When you look at the phone it shows you the call is coming through the phone.
Audi Australia have come up trumps with this issue.
If I use one iPhone and 1 Android phone the system works great without a fault.
Has anyone experienced this, my car has the latest Audi software and the phones run various IOS versions.
Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

I have experienced this as well. I’m in the US, but same exact thing. It doesn’t happen a ton, but enough to be super irritating. And the only “fix” is for me to just stop messing with it and take the call on the actual phone. The next time I’m in the car, it works fine. My GUESS has been that it has something to do with it trying to connect both by Bluetooth, and through being plugged in. Can’t confirm this. I had a similar problem on a 2015 chevy Silverado. I didn’t have Apple play on that, but I always knew to either turn Bluetooth off if I plugged it in, or not to plug it in.
