Does Audi offer a non-zoomed mirror? Or is it available aftermarket?

The zoomed/distorted/convex glass make it difficult to reverse park and dangerous to merge in traffic.
Proper 1:1 zoom is much more important than wide angle view-ability.

Not sure for what (if not all) cars they're available, but at least some Audi models have European versions of the side mirrors that are 1:1 for ~80%, then wide-angle for the last bit. Best of both worlds.
Maybe they're available for the *3?

No - you'll probably have to find an aftermarket supplier.
I got one for a B5 S4 from Vagparts.com, which no longer exists.

You can probably find them elsewhere, too; I've got no insights into these ebay mirrors. They do generally go by the name "Euro mirrors", though. I really like it on the S4.

I have the aspheric mirrors on my S3 and have fitted them on other cars....they are fantastic, no blind spots.
Stupid USA regulations do not allow them ......every European cars has them fitted.
