S3 road trip gas mileage report

SF to LA and back, got 25 mpg average, and I drove exactly the speed limit... well in Germany.
To be fair, that was also two days of driving in LA traffic.
1800 miles on the motor now.

Not bad mileage for the trip. May get better as it breaks in more... Thanks for posting.

Not shabby. I have 1950 miles on the motor and am getting 24 - 25 on my daily commute about 45 miles each way. Doesnt seem to matter much what my cruising speed is. The difference maker in mpg on my commute seems to be the occasional spirited sprint in the left lane. I'll be interested to see how I do vs your 25mpg on my first longer trip.

From my experience with the S4mileage kept improving through 5K miles. Then stabilized.
