I noticed a similar issue in my S3 (no mag ride) and it sounds like it's coming from the rear passenger's side. For me, it also happens sometimes when taking a corner. I haven't been able to determine what the issue is yet but I haven't heard it in the past few days.

did you call ur dealer yet? Maybe something is lodged in your springs?

I usually get a audible thunking sound while reversing and turning at the same time. Someone told me this has to do with the Quattro engaging... I'll find out for sure once I see my dealer during my 5k checkup.

Maybe 12-15 mph. Taking them slower now and its fine.

I just realized that for cars with mag ride, i don't see coil over springs? Maybe i was blind?

I haven't had anything checked yet since I haven't heard it in a while. If it still happens when I bring it in for the first service, I'll ask about it.

My magride thumps from the rear when I go to fast over speed bumps also. I figured it was normal, glad to see others have it also.
